General
What is Anti-Fraud Marketplace?
A centralized hub for anti-fraud investigators to access specialized tools, evidence collection, and analysis workflows from a single location.
What should I include when I email support?
The product you are using, the page you were on, what you attempted, and any error text. If you created an order, include the Digitix Assignment Number and billing email.
Do tools guarantee conclusions?
No. Our products provide decision-support signals and structured outputs that should always be evaluated within the context of your broader investigation.
Where can I find Terms and Privacy Policy?
Use the footer links on any page. Terms and Privacy apply across Anti-Fraud Marketplace (Operator: Digitix LLC).
Preservation & Collection
What exactly does Chronicle capture?
Chronicle automatically records live social media sessions and captures evidence as HAR (HTTP Archive) files with full environment metadata. It then locks the content into a tamper-evident package using SHA-256 or SHA-512 hashes.
Can Harvest access private lists?
No. Tools are strictly intended for open, public-source information. Harvest builds a robust sample of a network by extracting friends and followers based on public interactions, likes, and comments.
What is the Waypoint Add-on?
Waypoint works alongside Chronicle. It harvests geotagged posts and location metadata from Facebook posts and plots those locations on a filterable, interactive map to help identify timelines and travel patterns.
Intelligence & Link Analysis
What platforms does Mosaiic support?
Mosaiic aggregates public posts from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, combining them into a single, seamless chronological timeline.
What are the minimum requirements for Relatriix?
Relatriix requires at least two subjects. The tool is designed to uncover hidden networks by cross-referencing and mapping connections between multiple people.
Are the Relatriix network maps interactive?
Yes. Relatriix generates interactive network diagrams that let you zoom in on clusters, identify mutual connections, and highlight key influencers within fraud operations.
Media Analysis (Fast Triage)
What does Fast Triage detect?
Fast Triage analyzes embedded EXIF metadata to help separate authentic, original image captures from screenshots, digital downloads, edited files, and AI-generated imagery.
Is my sensitive evidence secure?
Yes. Unlike free online tools, Fast Triage processes your evidence—and any embedded PII/PHI—in a controlled, trustworthy environment to ensure no exposure to third parties.
What happens if an image says "No EXIF"?
Screenshots and social media images often fail to have visible EXIF data. A "No EXIF" flag does not automatically mean the image has been maliciously altered but does indicate that the image is not original.
